About the Event

What if your internship didn't end when you received your certificate?

What if it became the first step in a much longer journey — one that continues through your college years and stays with you until you're ready to step into your first job?

Join us for a live session introducing the Become A Skiller Internship Program, an industry-focused experience designed to help college students move beyond classroom theory and start building the skills, experience, confidence, and connections needed for a real career.

Whether you're still trying to figure out which technology domain is right for you, wondering what companies actually expect from fresh graduates, or simply looking for a better way to use your college years, this session will help you see what your journey from student to industry-ready professional can look like.

What You'll Discover

Real Industry Exposure That Goes Beyond the Classroom

Understand how the Become A Skiller Internship Program introduces you to the technologies, development practices, workflows, and expectations that shape the real industry.

Instead of learning only what is taught in a classroom, you'll discover how skills are actually applied in professional environments.

Learn by Doing, With Guidance Along the Way

Technology becomes meaningful when you build with it.

Explore how practical assignments, projects, hands-on activities, mock interviews, and continuous guidance help you move from simply understanding concepts to actually applying them.

You'll also get the opportunity to explore different technology areas and discover where your interests and strengths truly lie.

Your Internship Is Only the Beginning

This is what makes the Become A Skiller journey different.

Your internship doesn't have to be the end of your learning experience. Once you begin your journey with Become A Skiller, you can continue learning, practising, building projects, strengthening your skills, and preparing for the next stage of your career throughout your academic journey.

The goal isn't simply to complete an internship. The goal is to keep progressing until you're ready for employment.

Build a Portfolio That Shows What You Can Do

A certificate tells someone that you completed something.

A portfolio shows them what you're capable of doing.

Discover how your projects, practical work, GitHub contributions, and learning progress can come together to create a growing technical profile.

With GitHub integration, your work can become part of a living portfolio that demonstrates your development over time — giving recruiters something more meaningful than a list of skills on a resume.

Join a Community That Keeps Moving Forward

The journey doesn't stop when the internship ends.

You become part of the wider Become A Skiller community — a growing network of students and learners who are learning, building, sharing, and exploring opportunities together.

Connect with hundreds of others on a similar journey. Share knowledge, ideas, resources, and experiences. Discover exposure and opportunities through a community that continues beyond the internship itself.

You're not simply completing a program. You're becoming part of a journey.

Why You Shouldn't Miss This

Choosing a career path can feel overwhelming.

• Which technology should you learn?
• What skills do companies really expect?
• How do you gain experience before getting your first job?
• How do you build a portfolio that recruiters take seriously?
• And how do you make the most of the years you spend in college?

These are questions many students face — but you don't have to figure everything out alone.

This live session gives you a closer look at how the Become A Skiller Internship Program can help turn uncertainty into direction through practical exposure, continuous learning, projects, guidance, certifications, portfolio development, and community support.

And there's another advantage that lasts beyond the program: the people you meet along the way.

Being part of a growing student community gives you opportunities to exchange knowledge, discover resources, learn from others, and come across experiences and opportunities that you may not find on your own.

Your college years are more than a period of study.

They are the foundation of your career. Start building that foundation early.
